So what is the meaning of non-farm payrolls?

My friend asked me what I think about the non-agricultural data. I have been answering this for a year. I personally always regard the non-agricultural data as negative news. There have been few positive news.
It is OK if there is negative news, not shorting, that is, I don’t look at that thing at all.
The interest rate cut in September is basically a foregone conclusion. So, whether the non-agricultural data is negative or various black swans fall, is it not an opportunity to enter the market? Is it an opportunity to cut losses and chase shorts at the bottom? 🤔 #BTC
There are a lot of data every day. How many people can make it out of trading based on that thing🙄
