TechFlow reported that Casper officially announced that the network has restored consensus and transaction verification has resumed. At 23:18 on July 31, 64 validators representing 85% of the staked CSPR unanimously agreed to resume verification.
Casper said that through the joint efforts of all parties, the network security incident has been resolved and the system has fully resumed operation. The Casper Association has released a preliminary incident report and officially expressed gratitude for the support of the community and validators.
