- *Litecoin (LTC)* leads with over 8 million active wallets, followed by *Dogecoin (DOGE)* with 6.69 million. Ripple (XRP) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) also recorded an all-time high number of holders!

- According to the Santiment analytics platform, here are the 6 altcoins with the most holders:

5. Shiba Inu (SHIB)

6. Chainlink (LINK)

- Despite leading, the number of LTC wallets has fallen from 9.4 million a few months ago. In contrast, XRP and SHIB continue to rise. The number of XRP wallets reached 5 million earlier this year and continues to grow.

- Research shows the most loyal SHIB community with the most social interactions, followed by DOGE, PEPE, FLOKI, and BONK.

- *Litecoin*, which has been around since 2011, offers faster transactions and greater capacity than Bitcoin. The last halving occurred last August, reducing miner rewards from 12.5 LTC to 6.25 LTC.

- The price of LTC had jumped to $110 last March, now it is around $68 (CoinGecko data).
