  • Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions before using any product on the Binance Simple Earn platform.

  • Flexible Products:

    • The Tiered Bonus APR is offered as an additional reward to the Real-Time APR. Upon subscription, Tiered Bonus APR rewards start accruing the next day starting at 00:00 (UTC). Distribution of rewards will begin the next day after accumulation starts, between 00:00 (UTC) and 08:00 (UTC) and will be deposited into the user's Spot wallet.

    • All users holding open positions of Flexible products on FET will receive real-time APR rewards and tiered bonus APR during the promotion period. After the promotion ends, users will only be entitled to receive the real-time APR rewards. 

    • Tiered bonus APR rewards are calculated based on amounts subscribed and are subject to the applicable tier cap for each token. See Frequently Asked Questions for details.

  • Blocked Products:

    • Binance reserves the right to modify APR rates at any time after the promotional period without prior notice.

    • Rewards calculation period: from 00:00 (UTC) on the day after subscribing to Blocked products until the end of the subscription period.

  • Users can view their assets in Simple Earn's Locked and Flexible products under Wallets > Earn.

  • Refund time for subscriptions to Flexible products: immediate. 

  • Unlocking period for Blocked products: one day. 

  • About early redemption for Simple Earn Locked products: Users can request early redemption of their assets. After choosing this option, the digital assets will be returned to the Spot account, and users will not be entitled to receive any rewards. Rewards distributed (accumulated or not) will be deducted from the refunded capital. It may take 48 to 72 hours to receive digital assets.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify entrants who tamper with Binance program code or interfere with the operation of the program code with other software.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify, in its reasonable opinion, any participant who acts fraudulently or fails to comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion or the Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
