According to ChainCatcher, the Singapore High Court ordered Multichain Foundation to compensate Fantom Foundation for $2,187,870.55.

Previously, Multichain was found in breach of contract on January 30, and a hearing on damages was held on June 3. Fantom Foundation hopes to force Multichain to liquidate through litigation, and have the court appoint a liquidator to help recover and distribute assets. Attorney Nicolas Tang said the ruling was a major victory for clients and the crypto community, strengthening the legal status of digital assets.
