According to ChainCatcher, Messari CEO and co-founder Ryan Selkis issued a statement on the social platform saying that he will no longer contact the US SEC and its chairman Gary Gensler in any formal or informal capacity until the SEC reforms and replaces its leadership. Messari now regards the agency as a hostile opponent, competitor and redundant federal regulator.
In the coming months, Messari will launch a legal battle against this illegal and corrupt agency. The relevant draft will be polished, improved, and then submitted to the SEC and Congress.
