According to TechFlow, Paradigm has officially released Reth 1.0, the first "production-ready" high-speed Ethereum execution client. Reth 1.0 provides a stable Ethereum mainnet node, with the goal of breaking the giga-gas limit per second and providing a scalable and easy-to-contribute node.

Reth 1.0 is certified for stability and security and can be used in production environments, including Ethereum mainnet staking. In the future, the Reth team plans to work with the ecosystem to promote more Reth-based projects and services.

The next step is to focus on launching the Ethereum hard fork (Pectra) and Reth AlphaNet, which aims to test the limits of blockchain scalability and accelerate the Rollup decentralization roadmap.

We’ll be discussing all of this and the rest of our open source stack at the Frontiers conference in San Francisco on August 16-17.
