Terms & Conditions:
These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in this Moonbix - the Binance Telegram mini app (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy.
Individuals residing in certain jurisdictions such as Austria, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Andorra, Malta, Lithuania, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Cyprus, Ireland, Poland, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Prohibited Countries, may not be able to participate. This list is subject to update from time to time. In addition, certain features of Moonbix - the Binance Telegram mini app may not be available in your region, including regions not mentioned above.
Only users from qualified regions who bound their Binance account in Moonbix - the Binance telegram mini app, and complete KYC shall be eligible for any rewards.
The new user welcome reward is only applicable to users who meet the requirements as specified in the new user zone, where the terms and conditions are subject to changes at any time.
The activity is in no way associated with Telegram or any social media platform.
Any tokens mentioned in the activity are sponsored tokens for the respective gameplays. Binance as an exchange remains neutral on all tokens and always advises users to Do Your Own Research (DYOR) before purchasing any tokens or interacting with any projects.
The in-game coins are in no way associated with fiat or virtual currency, and are being used as virtual pictures for gameplay only.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, self dealing, or market manipulation).
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
