- Had a meeting with someone hosting a crypto conference in European in June; was invited to speak
- Met with a DePIN/nature project that’s fundraising and looking at which blockchain to deploy on; encouraging them to deploy on Reef
- Met with a team that offers market-making and advisory services
- Still in discussions with several teams who can help get the labs entity registered and funded
- 490 million REEF token swap completed with Paribu; next swap is being arranged
- More discussions with centralized exchanges about switching to supporting Reef Chain
- Received the first iteration of Reef’s integration into VIA Labs’ Proto-USD bridge; testing completed and feedback provided
- Published video of the panel that Reef was part of at Web3 Amsterdam
- Booking meetings with several projects looking to expand to new chains
- Identifying new and more ways to notify legacy REEF holders about the bridge to Reef Chain
- Several new builds of Reef Chain Wallet for Android and iOS
- Latest Android build should be completely bug-free
- If testing goes well, iOS app should be submitted to App Store this month
- In discussions with some VCs to raise some funding for the core team, allowing us to put more money into existing and new initiatives; no details to share at this time
- Published video of the solo talk we had at Web3 Amsterdam

- Put together a new, centralized doc for CEXs that are integrating Reef Chain; supplied the doc to three CEXs
- @WhiteBit publicly confirmed they will switch over to supporting REEF on Reef Chain
- Development on the Reef app for Ledger hardware wallets will soon is underway thanks to an anonymous donor
- We held meetings with multiple individuals and entities this week including:
- a previous founder and well-connected individual who could help us fundraise for the labs entity
- a market maker, a centralized exchange popular in SE Asia
- the head of BD for a well-regarded DeFi protocol
- and the founders of a team building a set of products that unlock primary and secondary deal flow (OTC, CeDeFi, fundraising) and can help fundraise for the labs entity
- The first version of ReefSwap’s docs were completed
- An onchain incentive campaign is now design complete, moving into the development stage
- A new version of Reef Chain Wallet for Android, with multiple bug fixes in place, is now in internal testing
- A new build of Reef Chain Wallet for iOS is almost ready to submit to the App Store
- Reef Bridge was officially validated on Magic Store
- We were on two X Spaces with Hotcoin and Web3 Global Media, and Derek live-streamed a mobile app wireframing session across X, YouTube, Facebook and Kick

- Travelled to Amsterdam for Web3 Amsterdam!
- Burnt almost 73 million $REEF on Ethereum and BNB Chain
- Submitted Reef Bridge to Magic Store for visibility; validation campaign almost complete
- Made amazing new connections in Amsterdam; solidified some existing ones in person
- Derek did his talk on how to revive a dying ecosystem in 6 months, and appeared on a panel focused on simplying UX to fuel global adoption of crypto
- Sqwid launches a new initiative to onboard young artists in partnership with True Stars Media
- New version of Reef Chain Wallet for Android is in internal testing; should roll out to beta testers soon
- We have temporarily hidden the Reef Chain Wallet features we can’t deploy on iOS easily; there’s a connection issue that the dev is looking into now, which should get sorted out next week; forecast iOS release in Q2
- Initiated another token swap with a CEX, 490 million REEF sent; waiting for legacy REEF now
- Started discussions with more than 5 new projects about expanding to Reef Chain
- CommComm updated the AwesomeReef website with exchanges and dapps
- Development has begun for an onchain incentive campaign; will launch in Q2
- We have identified the funds needed to have Reef’s Ledger app updated, audited and submitted to Ledger; if all goes well it will be back in Q2
- Two tier-2 exchanges have agreed to support the token swap and switch to REEF on Reef Chain; more details coming
- Two tier-1 exchanges have agreed to support the token swap and switch to REEF on Reef Chain; technical documents have been provided; more details coming soon
