During my MBA - Marketing studies, a fundamental principle was taught : recognise existing demand or needs, and if they're absent, stimulate them, then capitalize on them.
Crypto trading mirrors this principle. Every week I see new manipulative trends and maneuvers just to trigger you into buying something that you don't need but sense of urgency that you will miss out next big opportunity, make you buy anyway.

If all it takes is 1-2% $BTC moves to shake your conviction in crypto trading , you are most likely to sell your coins for 1-2x gains anyway and sideline yourself for better entries which wont happen.
Eventually you will end up buying higher and then the market will correct again and the cycle goes on.
