“My coins have lost 60%, what should I do?”

“My soul is tired of this market. I just want to return my capital and go out.”

“When will coin go up...”

I have received many questions in this manner. I will briefly express my opinion on the current situation, and the decision is yours.

The market, except for Bitcoin and Ethereum, is constantly bleeding. Even Bitcoin is suffering from a loss of liquidity in ETF funds, but there is no comparison with the situation of alternative coin.

Liquidity continues to leave alternative currencies without any external liquidity entering. Even meme coin, which usually attract reckless and new people, have begun to lose their liquidity.

The liquidity of stable coin has also begun to decrease from central platforms, an indication of the shaking of investor confidence in the current market situation

There is no external influence that drives the entry of liquidity into alternative currencies. I have mentioned this point on many occasions, except for the impact of Ethereum, which is expected next month with the start of the offering of ETF funds, and the interest rate cut, which will most likely not come before September.

But you must take into account several additional factors:

Ethereum ETFs may take some time to start attracting liquidity, in addition to the fact that their greatest impact will primarily affect Ethereum and its ecosystem secondarily. Remember that it may not attract the desired liquidity in the absence of the storage feature, in addition to the unstable financial market situation.

The unlocking of currencies is continuing, and believe me, investment companies and developers will not wait additional years to sell and emerge with profits (investments in 2022 reached $37.7 billion and in 2023 $5.8 billion). This huge amount of money was invested not for the love of technology, but only to make profits.

All of this may increase the ongoing selling pressure, thus causing more bleeding in the value of alternative currencies.

I will not tell you to wait or exit the market, this is your decision, but I personally will wait and monitor the position of the Ethereum ETF and the position of interest rates, as it may give us the last kiss of life.

Study your portfolio and set your goals to exit at the right moment.$BTC
