Shiba Inu Developer Teases New Game , What?

In exciting news for the Shiba Inu community, project team member and head of developers Shytoshi Kusama has teased an imminent SHIBArmy-specific game update and shared vital game information. This indicates a major upgrade to the Shiba Inu ecosystem, aimed at increasing involvement and SHIB currency usage.

Shiba Inu Game Offers Unique Chances

Shiba Inu team member and marketing head Lucie posted the information on X (previously Twitter) on Thursday, according to Shytoshi Kusama. Lucie had hinted at a forthcoming SHIB Eternity game before Kusama's announcement, expressing her enthusiasm and eagerness.

Lucie remarked that owners of the Shiboshis NFTs, a collection of 10,000 Shiba Inu pixel art figures, may play and earn goodies for SHIB. “Some people will earn enough to live off renting their Shiboshis, while others will enjoy the game and earn by having fun,” she said.

Kusama said the game would only be licensed to the decentralized Shiba Inu team for usage on Shibarium, the project's layer 2 blockchain technology. The team's major goal is to incorporate decentralized elements into the mobile version for future releases.

Kusama said that Shiba Inu Games, which is separate from this activity, would provide SHIB, LEASH, and BONE unique opportunities and value.

He also mentioned SHIB and LEASH burns using Shiba Inu's in-app purchases. “Truly a win-win, and this is just a teaser of what we have planned,” Kusama said.

Despite the announcement's secrecy, SHIBArmy members are already discussing new game elements and how they can operate in the present setting. This approach is part of a larger strategy to leverage on blockchain-based gaming popularity to boost SHIB value and acceptance.

Giveaway for Shibarium Users

The news follows Shibarium user giveaway rumors. Lucie said a Shibarium community giveaway from an NFT art initiative on the Shiba Inu blockchain is coming.
