$ETH ETF approved but market is neutral why?

ETH ETF approved and market showed kind of accelerate up, but it was no longer continued and now market is so neutral and we expecting considerable drop from that level 3800$ to 3200$. yes we know that sound is really hard to absorb but that is the nature of the market. why is that happen occurs?
guys big companys don't want to buying ethereum or another crypto in higher level than want enter to market as much as lower level of the market. so they let market to sink down and then they do there investment. this is the passion of big whales since start of the crypto trading.
so if you are waiting to see market uptrend from here, it is useless. so we warned you before and warning again don't enter to mrket before considerable deep down trend.
