Telegram's built-in crypto wallet is getting stricter! They require ID and phone number for most transactions starting June 3. This replaces their prior no-KYC system.
There are 3 tiers: basic (no documents, €3,500 daily limit), extended (ID needed, €100,000 daily limit), and advanced (residential address needed, no limit).
A new company, WOT Global Solution, will take over managing the wallet and all user data will be transferred. Users unhappy with these changes can delete their accounts before May 20.
