Market is stuck in between let's see, will it dump or pump?

At the time of writing, BTC is stuck between $61400 and $62200 and ETH maintained it self at $3400.

It is a puzzling situation to decide whether to enter into the market or not.

For a normal trader it is difficult to assess whether the asset will rise or fall. A BTC dump will cause an immediate dump effect with all ALTs that could liquidate millions of traders.

So, in this situation traders should be more careful and vigilant while handling their assets and investments because survival is the key to continuation.

Whereas if BTC pumps , wait for sometime until it stabilises itself before entering into the market.
