Tonight there could be risk of fluctuations in crypto market prices as Binance will attend a hearing with SEC tonight
Binance will hold its first hearing with the Securities Commission (SEC) tonight (Day 22). Despite Binance reaching a settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Future Trade Commission (CFTC), the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), and the Financial Crime Enforcement Network (FinCEN) last November, paying a fine of $4.3 billion. SEC's bid between Binacne is still ongoing.
Although judges usually won't decide on hearing immediately, if the SEC can present new evidence in court, it could cause a drastic upheaval in the crypto market.
