Among the top 250 fintech companies, 116 are based in the United States, including Ripple, which is headquartered in San Francisco. The United Kingdom follows with 30 firms, and India has 11 entities on the list.

Ripple has previously received several awards, including the PAY360 Award in the UK for being a leader in digital currencies and assets in financial services. Sendi Young, Managing Director of Ripple's European operations, expressed pride in winning this prestigious award. Additionally, Fortune Magazine ranked Ripple 13th out of 50 as the best workplace in technology for 2023, with 94% of employees considering it a great place to work.
