A man from Lithuania managed to steal $122 million from Google and Facebook by sending them fake invoices between 2013 and 2015. He made up a fake company and tricked Google into paying $23 million and Facebook $99 million. The companies, overwhelmed by the large number of partners and invoices, didn't realize what they were paying for and just sent the money when they saw the name of the fake organization. Eventually, the man was caught and sentenced to five years in prison.
