According to Foresight News, Hong Kong-based Web3 venture capital firm Animoca is exploring options to return to the public market after delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange in 2020. The company is considering an initial public offering (IPO) by late 2025 or early 2026, potentially in Hong Kong or the Middle East. Animoca Brands Chairman Yat Siu mentioned that the company has not yet selected advisors for the potential IPO. As part of its preparations, Animoca plans to conduct a non-deal roadshow in September. This roadshow will allow investors to learn about the company's current initiatives and future plans, including the potential IPO, without involving the sale of securities.
