#IonProtocol secures $4.8M in a funding round led by Gumi Capital Cryptos with participation from Portal Ventures, SevenX Ventures, Bankless Ventures, Finality Capital, Manifold, Robot Ventures, Maelstrom, NGC Ventures and Breed. Raised funds Ion Protocol will use to support and develop a native yield primitive called #Nucleus, designed to help address monetization problems for rollups and appchains.
Ion Protocol is a #CDP issuer designed to accept deposits in different types of liquid staking tokens and staked asset-backed positions.
