A recent survey by Pantera Research Lab found that women in the crypto industry are making nearly 15% more than their male counterparts on a median salary basis.
The median salary for full-time working women in the U.S. crypto industry is $172,000, compared to $150,000 for men.
This trend contrasts with the typical wage gap in non-crypto companies, where women earn $0.84 for every dollar men make.
