Such actions constitute a material breach of Binance's Terms of Service, specifically Section 3.4, which prohibits "engaging in any form of advertising or solicitation" without prior written consent.
DEMERITS OF RULES VIOLATION
Failure to comply with this notice may result in:
1. Immediate account suspension or termination
2. Confiscation of assets and funds
3. Permanent ban from Binance services
4. Legal action, including but not limited to, damages and injunctive relief
5. Reporting to relevant regulatory authorities
