We are witnessing the best day crypto traders have faced in weeks.
Bitcoin and most top altcoins are pumping. In the last few hours, we’ve noticed that meme coins are performing particularly well.
Meme Coin Prices Are Up
WIF is currently the best-performing meme coin among the top 8 by market cap globally.
dogwifhat price is up over 22% and is now at around $2.1, while its market cap is also above $2.1 billion.
This Solana meme coin still has some work to do to reach its new ATH, which was set on March 31st; WIF is down 57% since then.
Today’s pump does look encouraging, though.

PEPE price is also pumping today, with the biggest frog meme coin up almost 20%.
The price is approaching the crucial $0.0000113 resistance that we highlighted in one of our previous PEPE stories today.
MOG is also doing well with a 65% pump this week and 18% today. In fact, this is the best-performing top 8 meme coin in the last few weeks.
Two meme coin giants, DOGE and SHIB, are also up, but in the single-digit range (7% each).
Market Sentiment Shift
After a few weeks of dormancy, meme coin traders have “woken up,” and we can already see the results.
Interestingly, lower cap meme coins, those below $10 million market cap, are not performing well today. This indicates that when meme coin traders start investing heavily again, they tend to put money into more established memes.
Fingers crossed that this rally is just the beginning of a much bigger parabolic pump, not only among meme coins, but in the broader crypto market.
