Binance Will Support the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) Network Upgrade & Hard Fork
Dear Binance Community,We are excited to
announce our support for the upcoming BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and hard fork to enhance user experience. To ensure a smooth transition, Binance will conduct wallet maintenance for BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) starting from July 9, 2024, at 07:00 (UTC). During this period, deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily suspended from 06:55 (UTC) and are expected to resume within two hours.
The BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and hard fork will commence on July 14, 2024, at 06:00 (UTC). While deposits and withdrawals of tokens on the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) will be temporarily suspended from approximately 05:55 (UTC), please note that trading activities will remain unaffected.
Once the upgraded network is deemed stable, deposits and withdrawals will resume without further announcement. For the latest and most accurate information, please refer to the original English version of this announcement and updates from the BNB Beacon Chain v0.10.22 project team.
