🚀🚀🚀 #Nigerian Student Returns 90 Mistakenly Sent Solana Tokens, Rewarded for Honesty

Incident Highlights Hope for the #Cryptocommunity

A Nigerian chemical engineering student, Anjola Femi, recently returned crypto assets worth $14,000 mistakenly sent to his account by a crypto trader. According to the trader and influencer known as "The Crypto Network," Femi had initially won Solana (SOL) tokens worth $100 in one of his crypto giveaway promotions. However, the trader accidentally sent him 100 SOL tokens instead.

Upon realizing the mistake, the influencer contacted Femi and requested that he return 90 SOL while keeping the remaining tokens. Femi complied, and the influencer shared this positive experience with his 174,000 followers on X.

“[Femi] sent me back 90 Solana. There is still hope in the crypto community. This is insane—an anonymous individual, a supporter and follower of mine, returned the 90 SOL. Thank you, man,” the influencer remarked.

Femi’s Honesty Rewarded

Following the influencer's video thanking Femi, many well-wishers, impressed by his honesty, began sending tips to his #CryptoWallet . Reports indicate that Femi’s gift balance exceeded $5,000 at the time of writing.

By returning the mistakenly sent funds, Femi defied the typical behavior in the crypto world, where recipients often either spend or refuse to return such assets. This contrasts sharply with other cases, such as the one involving Crypto.com and an Australian woman, where recipients of mistakenly sent funds only returned them under legal pressure.

When asked why he chose to return the 90 SOL, Femi explained that keeping the tokens would have violated his core values, such as honesty, which he holds dear.
