In bull market, WHALE will hold the maximum supply of coins so retail  investors  will not be able to dump the price.  When  market will tops out, when the euphoria will start, WHALE will dump 100% of their holdings.  And retails will buy those coins at high price!  Then bear market will  begin, everything will dump -90 to -95% from ATH!
