The show featured 12 finalists who competed for seven episodes in a virtual pitch-off to impress a panel of judges and a live avatar audience. The winner of the show was zkPass, a decentralized identity protocol that uses Zero-knowledge Proof (ZKP) and Multi-party Computation (MPC) technology to enable users to verify their data in a privacy-preserving way across Web2 and Web3 networks. zkPass co-founder Joshua Peng said that winning the show was an honor and an opportunity to work closer with Binance Labs, the investment arm of Binance. He added that the investment would help them immensely on their journey to be the infrastructure of the decentralized world. Besides zkPass, four other projects also received investments from Binance Labs. They were Mind Network, Kryptoskatt, Bracket Labs, and DappOS. They were selected from over 900 applications that Binance received for the show. Binance’s “Build The Block” is the world’s first Web3 entrepreneur reality show set entirely in the metaverse. Binance, the leading cryptocurrency exchange, has concluded its first metaverse reality show called “Build The Block”, which aimed to find the next big Web3 entrepreneur. The show featured 12 finalists who competed for seven episodes in a virtual pitch-off to impress a panel of judges and a live avatar audience.

The winner of the show was zkPass, a decentralized identity protocol that uses Zero-knowledge Proof (ZKP) and Multi-party Computation (MPC) technology to enable users to verify their data in a privacy-preserving way across Web2 and Web3 networks.
