According to the tweet from the wallet itself, Atomic Wallet has faced some critical issues that many users reported losing funds. According to Zachxbt, a chain analysis to track users' funds has reported that around $14M of users have been stolen.

The question is "How does it even possible to get funds because it's a non-custodial wallet in which users manage their seed phrase?"

Atomic Wallet Hacked, Estimated Damage $35 Million

At least $35 million worth of crypto assets have been stolen from Atomic Wallet users since June 2, according to an analysis by on-chain investigator ZachXBT. Of these, five individuals lost a combined $17 million.
