If you ever find yourself in a situation where you think the Binance team should review a specific NFT or collection, or you think there is a potential violation of Binance NFT Minting Rules and Terms of Service, you can file a report to the Binance NFT team. The moderation team will actively investigate any user report of fraudulent or malicious content before taking the necessary action.
How to report an NFT or Mystery Box page violation?
1. Log in to your Binance account and go to the NFT/Mystery Box you would like to report. Click on the [Exclamation Mark] button next to the item name.
2. A pop-up window will appear. Select the type of issue you want to report and explain in as much detail why you are reporting this specific NFT. Click [Submit].
3. Once you submit the report, we will process your request. The team will notify you of the outcome via email after the investigation is complete.
4. You will see [Reported] on the item’s page.
Note:
Only users who have completed Identity Verification and have never been reported by other users will be able to see the report button on the NFT page.
You can file a maximum of three reports each day. If you have reached the limit, a pop-up error message will inform you to try again tomorrow.
How does Binance NFT enforce violations?
The penalty for violations is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the severity of the violation and the user’s previous track record.
Violations include:

5) Others:
We may enforce action on a specific asset (e.g., an NFT), a collection of assets (e.g., an NFT collection), or an individual account.
The following is a list of potential actions Binance NFT will take for content that violates our Minting Rules and Terms of Service.
Creator:
We may take action at the account level if we find the user has egregiously violated our Rules and Terms of Service or has repeatedly violated them even after receiving warnings.
Collection:
Removing the collection: if we conclude an NFT Collection has violated our policy, we will require the reported user to remove the listing(s).
The reported user will receive an email containing details of the NFT Collection in violation and which policies they have violated.
The reported user will then need to remove the NFT Collection in question.
NFT:
Requiring asset removal: if we conclude an individual NFT has violated our policy, we will require the reported user to remove the listing.
The reported user will receive an email containing details of the NFT in violation and which policies they have violated.
The reported user will then need to remove the NFT in question.
Types of Penalties:
Frozen: For serious violations, Binance NFT will permanently freeze the asset. No actions will be allowed, including trading or withdrawing the asset.
Banned: The asset will not be allowed for trading on our platform. However, the user can still withdraw the asset.
Please note that creators will lose all minting access if they receive a third penalty.
How to file an appeal?
If you believe your NFT assets, NFT collections, or your account were suspended in error for copyright infringements, you can submit an appeal.
To file an appeal, you can reach out to the Binance Customer Service with the details of your request. Please provide any relevant authorization documents to prove and verify that you are the original artist to assist us in the investigations.
If we find the suspension is valid after review, we will notify you of the appeal outcome.
