Today marks the commencement of the Omni Research Symposium!
The Omni Research Symposium is a chain-abstraction research competition with the blockchain clubs from Harvard, Stanford, Dartmouth, and Yale.
Participants will explore topics related to chain abstraction such as solver rebalancing, universal accounts, value accrual, and cross-chain MEV.
Teams will submit research reports judged by Omni and @PanteraCapital on the basis of novelty, effective use of data, and technical accuracy. Particular credit will be given to those who approach these topics in innovative, data-driven ways.
The competition will also feature our research partners – @arbitrum, @ParticleNtwrk, @EverclearOrg, @lifiprotocol, @gauntlet_xyz, @therollupco, and @privy_io – who will be available to guide students through their research.
Full details can be found on the official Research Symposium website below.
At Omni, we didn’t sit in a room thinking of what the ideal system would be – we talked with developers and created the easiest, safest, and most secure way for them to experience the benefits of chain abstraction.
