According to Techub News, the Global Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Association (Global DCA), the leading trade association in the digital asset and cryptocurrency industry, has organized a steering committee in collaboration with the Global Blockchain Business Council, the Digital Chamber of Commerce, and the Proof of Stake Alliance to propose disclosure guidelines for digital asset tokens offered in the United States.

The steering committee is composed of top legal and financial scholars in the United States and American lawyers in the fields of blockchain, digital assets, and Web3. The committee is independent of industry stakeholders and aims to provide objective and fair disclosure recommendations. The steering committee will accept advice from an advisory panel composed of key industry stakeholders.
