A flash crash at 4 a.m., is the bull market still there?

The dog dealers are getting more and more insidious. Instead of killing the market on the weekend, they started at 4 a.m. on Monday, and ETH fell below 3,400 points.
The market is getting weaker and weaker. $BTC has been falling for three consecutive months, and the rebound highs are lower each time. At the weekly level, it looks very similar to the M top.
The only positive thing about $ETH is that the ETF is expected to pass in early July, so the recent trend is slightly stronger than that of Bitcoin, but it has not deviated from the downward trend.
So, is the bull market still there?
