On June 22, documents released on Twitter by Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas showed that 21Shares and Grayscale have submitted revised S-1 forms for Ethereum spot ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), neither of which disclosed the fee rate.
