They filed a lawsuit against Joe Biden

In the lawsuit launched against the Biden government, the Gemini front mentioned that the current government has declared war against cryptocurrencies and that this situation has caused serious damage to the industry:

Over the past few years, the Biden Administration has openly declared war on crypto. He has weaponized multiple government agencies to bully, harass, and sue in an attempt to destroy good actors in our industry. President Donald J. Trump is a pro-Bitcoin, pro-crypto, and pro-business choice.

Last year, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against the cryptocurrency exchange Gemini, alleging that it was selling unregistered securities.

Gemini stated that this case was meaningless and was not based on evidence and should be dropped.
