A different way of understanding what the objective of #BlackRock would be to influence the market through its own dependence. What would be your goal when accumulating #Bitcoin as a limit?
It currently has 305,592 #BTC (06/18/24) Practical Example: BTC has 21 million units as max supply. A participant wants to influence the price and considers that having around 3% of the supply can give him significant influence.
This would be: 21,000,000×0.03= 630,000 u. BTC By owning 630,000 units, the participant could: Create expectations: If other market participants see that an entity is accumulating a significant amount, they can anticipate a rise in price and start buying as well. Adjust liquidity: In a less liquid market, this amount could be enough to move the price significantly. (LITTLE SUPPLY ON EXCHANGES) Conclusion For a significant influence on the price of an asset with a maximum supply of 21 million units, accumulating between 1% and 5% of the total supply (210,000 to 1,050,000 units) can be a good point. However, the exact amount may vary depending on market liquidity, ownership concentration and other market factors. This is another way to see what the top/ceiling of Bitcoin would be, tracking the driver itself by dominance of the ETFs. If the appropriate Technical Analysis and OnChain are applied to this at the right time, an excellent result and very good exit points could be had.
