Former Binance regional top managers Gleb Kostarev and Vladimir Smerkis announced the launch of a new project several months after they left their positions at the largest crypto exchange by trading volume.
Previously, Kostarev held the position of Regional Head of Binance in Eastern Europe, CIS, Turkey, Australia and New Zealand, and Smerkis was General Manager for the CIS.
