Kelp DAO will start the second phase of the re-staking activity on June 17

According to TechFlow, Kelp DAO announced that the first phase of re-staking is about to end, and those who mint more than 0.5 rsETH on the mainnet before June 16 will receive additional rewards.

In addition, the second phase of the re-staking activity will be launched on June 17, and participants on Arbitrum and Optimism will also receive rewards.
