According to a file of court cases studied by local media, over the past month in Uzbekistan at least 12 people have been brought to justice for violating the legislation on the circulation of crypto-assets. All of them received administrative arrest or fines. Most often, the defendants carried out trading on the Binance cryptocurrency exchange, which does not have a license in the country.
