SEC Chairman Gary Gensler said the Ether ETF S-1 application could be approved by the end of the summer. Summer in America is from June to August 👀

This is his statement during the ongoing hearing before the US Senate on the 2025 fiscal budget of the SEC and CFTC.

In theory, on May 24, the SEC approved Ether ETFs (Form 19b-4). However, for funds to officially trade on stock exchanges, the S-1 application must be approved.
