Recently, many friends have asked me how to manage their positions. Let me briefly talk about my understanding.
The first and most important point is that novices should remember not to play with contracts in the early stage. If you don’t understand how to play spot trading before you start, you will be a fool.
Second, spot trading accounts for 90%-95%, and contracts account for 5-10%.
Third, for spot trading, positions should be built in batches, and you can buy the bottom several times to reduce costs.
The fourth point is to talk about operating contracts. The initial increase in positions should not exceed 10% of the total position to control the risk of forced liquidation. It is important not to increase positions during floating losses, not to resist orders, and not to blindly chase ups and downs.
Finally, it is very important to maintain a good attitude in the currency circle. You must have awe of the market so that you can treat the market without distraction.
