NOT or IO?
Definitely NOT coz its supply is in circulation 100% but IO has a 95M of its coin in circulation which is about 10% only so that's a massive turn off. Not has the support of telegram company and the ton community and its the first click nd earn type coin and a good team which is showing progress. IO in other hand can fall quickly or rise a bit because of some more bears or whales jump on buying it for a quick profit because normally new coins would have a lot of buyers. There is a pro for IO that it has a use in crypto environment but still not looks more promising.
Right now buying IO is really risky, don't buy if you can't risk losing at least half of your money. I would rather not buy IO for some time and buy NOT instead if I wanted risk.
