Let me tell you how to get out of a situation like this.
1) You need luck.
2) You would want the market to drop a little just to get out of PEPE's position, then you close the position, then market will probably heads back up just enough so you could get out of Near Long position.. but now your Near short position is making you loose big money, you would then wait for Near to show weakness and you increase your margin on that short position and just hope for it to drop.
This is the best scenario!
