BlackRock: It’s better to invest 85% of your funds in buying Bitcoin
According to the release of Issue 4, Volume 25 (Spring 2023) of the journal "The Journal of Alternative Investments", the Investment Journal submitted a research paper titled "Asset Allocation with Crypto: Application of Preferences" for Positive Skewness” (Cryptoasset Allocation: Application of Positive Skewness Preference). The thesis research will be conducted in April 2022.
Analysts calculated based on the risk aversion coefficient (Risk Aversion) 𝛾 = 1.50 and the stock-to-debt ratio investment portfolio of 60:40, and found that the optimal Bitcoin asset allocation ratio was as high as 84.9%, while the remaining 15.1% could be Allocate to stocks and bonds.

“If all investors followed BlackRock’s optimal Bitcoin allocation, Bitcoin would be worth more than 5 times the combined value of all stocks, real estate, and bonds.”
