#MATIC after the partnership between Polygon and Amazon
Amazon Prime subscribers can now get NFT Polygon for free on Mojo Melee, an NFT-based gaming project built on the Polygon network. Recent data shows that Amazon has around 200 million subscribers globally.
With such a large subscriber base, the Polygon (MATIC) bulls hope that the Amazon partnership can boost the adoption and demand of this network.
According to historical on-chain data, the commercial partnership between #NFT and Amazon is likely to increase the MATIC price. After a week-long downtrend, NFT MATIC deals show signs of picking up since Amazon's partnership announcement.
Basically, users burn a small amount of MATIC as a transaction fee when minting NFT on the Polygon network. This removes them from circulation and effectively reduces the MATIC supply. Although the transaction fees are much lower than other projects like Ethereum, the ideal here is the ability to make the MATIC blockchain more attractive.
