TechFlow News: According to the New York Times, the Attorney General of Washington, D.C., has reached a $40 million settlement with Michael Saylor and the software company he founded, MicroStrategy, the largest income tax fraud compensation in Washington history. The settlement was due to Saylor being accused of evading $25 million in Washington income taxes and involving allegations that MicroStrategy assisted in submitting false documents.
Saylor and MicroStrategy denied any wrongdoing and agreed to pay a $40 million settlement to avoid further legal action.
