The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the 19b-4 form for eight issuers of ETH Spot ETFs, including BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, Bitwise, VanEck, Ark, Invesco Galaxy, and Franklin Templeton. However, these issuers still need to obtain approval for their S-1 registration statements before they can begin trading. The timeframe for this process has not been determined yet, but Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart expects it to take several weeks. Currently, VanEck has submitted a modified S-1 application for an Ethereum Immediate Index Fund.
