Franklin Templeton, VanEck and Invesco Galaxy have filed an amended Ethereum with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Spot ETF Form S-1. According to submitted documents, Franklin Templeton plans to charge a 0.19% fee. VanEck said in its latest revised S-1 document that the company has received $100,000 in seed funding. Invesco Galaxy added to its latest amended S-1 document that New York's Mellon Bank will serve as custodian of the cash, while Coinbase Custody Trust Company LLC will serve as Ethereum custodian. .
