BlackRock Files Form S-1 for Ethereum Spot ETF

In response to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) approval of the Ethereum Spot ETF form 19-b, Blackrock immediately filed a revised S-1 form for the Ethereum spot ETF.
