💡 Let us remind you: the once largest Bitcoin exchange Mt Gox was hacked in 2014 for 850,000 BTC. Then about 140,000 BTC were returned. And now, 10 years later, they are finally going to pay them to the affected users.
🧐 The question remains how payments will affect the price of Bitcoin. On the one hand, the sale of 140,000 BTC ($9.5 billion) could lead to a drop in quotes. On the other hand, sales are unlikely to be sudden and immediate, and Bitcoin ETFs alone have already bought more than 1 million BTC from the market.
