The company detected that Uğur S. had sent money to his bitcoin account incorrectly and requested the return of bitcoin worth 1,656 lira. The company complained about the investor not returning the Bitcoin.

He filed a lawsuit against Uğur S., who did not return the extra money deposited into his account to the company, for 'disposing of lost or mistakenly acquired items'.

Defendant Uğur S., against whom a lawsuit was filed demanding a prison sentence of up to one year, appeared before the judge at the Istanbul Anatolian 8th Criminal Court of First Instance.
